Basierend auf dem wissenschaftlich orientierten Konzept von Luigi Stecco (Fascial Manipulation®) kann das myofasziale System auch das Nervensystem und damit verbundene Symptome beeinflussen. Dies gilt für alle Altersgruppen. In diesem Workshop liegt der Fokus auf der jüngeren Generation.

Based on Luigi Stecco's scientifically oriented concept (Fascial Manipulation®), the myofascial system can also influence the nervous system and related symptoms. This applies to all age groups. This workshop focuses on the younger generation.

Inhalt / content:

Theoretischer Teil:

• Einführung und Hintergrund
• Faszienschichten: Unterschiedliche Faszien erfüllen unterschiedliche Funktionen.
  → Nicht-neuronale Faktoren bei erhöhter Widerstandsfähigkeit (Hyper-Resistance), die durch Faszienmanipulation beeinflusst werden können
• Klinische Erfahrungen zu zusätzlichen Effekten bei der Anwendung von FM in der pädiatrisch-neurologischen Physiotherapie (viele Bilder und Videoclips)

Praktischer Teil:

• Klinisches Denken (Clinical Reasoning) zur Umsetzung von FM in der Neurologie, abhängig von Veränderungen im Fasziengewebe
• Oberflächliche Faszien (SF) vs. tiefe Faszien
• Klinisches Denken in Bezug auf Funktion, Schmerz und andere Störungen (sowohl chronische als auch akute Probleme)

Theoretical part:

• Introduction and background
• Fascial layers: different fascia means different function. >> Non-neural factors in hyper-resistance that can be affected by Fassial Manipulation
• Clinical experiences of additional benefits when using FM in paediatric neurological physiotherapy (a lot of pictures and videoclips)

Practical part: 

• clinical reasoning for how to implement FM in neurology depending on changes in the fascial tissue
• SF vs. Deep
• Clinical reasoning for function, for pain, for other disorders (continuous and acute problems)

Ziel / aim:

Die Teilnehmenden profitieren von klinischen Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung der Fascial Manipulation® bei neurologisch erkrankten pädiatrischen Patient*innen und erlernen das klinische Denken für diese Patientengruppe – sowohl in Bezug darauf, wie behandelt wird, als auch auf das Verständnis des Zusammenhangs zwischen Bewegungsmustern und faszialen Störungen.

Participants benefit from clinical experience with the application of Fascial Manipulation® in neurologically paediatric patients; and learn the clinical reasoning for these patients how to treat and how to understand the correlation between movement patterns and fascial disorders.

Der Workshop basiert einerseits auf umfangreicher praktischer Erfahrung und andererseits auf fundierten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen. Er ist sowohl praxis- als auch theorieorientiert.
